01 / TRADING FOUNDATIONS
WHAT IS TRADING?
Trading is the buying and selling of financial instruments with the aim of benefiting from changes in market price. Financial markets bring together buyers and sellers continuously expressing different views about value. When buying pressure exceeds selling pressure, price may rise; when selling pressure exceeds buying pressure, price may fall. Market behaviour remains uncertain and cannot be predicted with certainty.
BORSOSFX / PRINCIPLE 01
UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU EXECUTE.
FOREX / FOREIGN EXCHANGE
CURRENCIES TRADE IN PAIRS.
Forex means foreign exchange. EUR/USD represents the value of the Euro relative to the US Dollar. If EUR/USD rises, the Euro has strengthened relative to the Dollar over that movement; if it falls, the Euro has weakened.
XAU / USD
GOLD IS OUR MARKET.
XAU means Gold and USD means US Dollar. XAU/USD represents the price of Gold relative to the US Dollar. Gold is the primary market focus of BorsosFX.
THE CORE REALITY
EVERY TRADE INVOLVES UNCERTAINTY.
Expecting a movement does not mean it will happen. Trading education helps you interpret information, build process and manage risk; it does not remove uncertainty.
